Is this ____design  in stock?

Yes all phone case designs are in stock.

 

I have not received an email order confirmation

You most likely put in your information wrong at checkout, therefore my system did not send you an email. Email shopswavyco@gmail.com for an update 

My shipping label has been created, but there has not been an update on it
 
I work on about 200-300 orders at once, so don’t worry! You will get an update on it soon. If you have not received an update for over 2 weeks, please email shopswavyco@gmail.com so I can check up on your order. *Could be a lost package or a lost shipping label*

My phone case arrived damaged

SwavyCo is not liable for any damages during shipping. Once the package has shipped, it is out of our hands, how it arrives. We package our items in a safe bubble mailer made for long term transit. Please email shopswavyco@gmail.com for an replacement. A $4 shipping cost will be needed. *terms only apply for phone cases*
